IT Application Support Specialist working as a team member in Enterprise applications group, primarily designated to support the Enterprise Simulation Engine program. Initially engaged with a multi discipline project development team, the support specialist will be engaged with knowledge transfer, understanding functional and technical design, review code, review technical specifications and preparing support methods and documentation required to meet service level agreements and answer help desk tickets, perform upgrades, perform testing. This will require technical analysis, troubleshooting, testing and integration to other technical components and teams to perform root cause analysis, define defect corrections, or corrective action and to implement fixes, update documentation and test scripts and methods. Interface with level 2 or level 3 resources which maybe interfacing with various technical suppliers.



Skills Required



Cloud technology stack including Azure DevOps, Continuous Integration / Continuous Development (CI/CD) Integration, Java, React web development, deployment via GitHub

This resource would interface with other technology support groups working with Tableau and ETL Integrations
