Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for sending Shipping Confirmation alerts to customers using a pre-template
Ensures that all required and pertinent information regarding the customers’ shipments is encoded and recorded accordingly
Generates report of daily and weekly output
Work with IT in resolving tool issues

Basic Qualifications

College level
Good attention to detail
Knowledge of word processing software and Excel preferred, with a minimum of 40 wpm on keyboard
Basic knowledge of web technology, email, and the internet
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Strong Problem Solving skills
