We are looking for an energetic, career driven, excited young intern professional to support the HR Department with personnel administrative tasks.  

 

Job Functions 

 

 

  • Reviewing & maintaining employee records and related paperwork (hard copy & digital files)
  • Processing employee documentation, updating HR data files, creating new hires files, and following up with pending documentation.
  • Assisting the HR department with projects and tasks when needed. 

 

Requirements 

 

 

  • Advanced student in Business Administration, or any other administrative related field.
  • Basic experience in Data collection. 
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. 
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to respond quickly. 
  • Good communication skills. 
  • Fast learner. 
  • Intermediate Microsoft office knowledge.
  • Plus: English intermediate.
