AutoGuide Mobile Robots, a Teradyne subsidiary, is a leading manufacturer of heavy payload autonomous mobile robots (AMRs). AutoGuide solutions offer efficient, flexible, autonomous material delivery that increase productivity across a range of industries from manufacturing, to warehousing, to distribution centers. Due to our rapid growth, AutoGuide is expanding its team and is currently seeking an Account Manager for key accounts.


The Account Manager plays a key role in the overall AutoGuide business strategy and is responsible grow sales within targeted accounts and industry segments. The Account Manager works directly with the end customer and coordinates with channel partners and functional groups inside AutoGuide to achieve sales targets.


Account Manager Responsibilities

  • Meet annual growth and sales quota targets at large key accounts
  • Identify and qualify opportunities, establish competitive value proposition, align AutoGuide solution and resources, work with AutoGuide cross functional team to insure successful customer product launch and operation
  • Leverage trusted-expert relationships with customer including senior management
  • Exhibit industry expertise to establish technical credibility with the customer
  • Contribute to long term strategic planning process with AutoGuide management




  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota in the Industrial Automation industry
  • 5-7 years of experience selling AGVs / AMRs
  • Strong technical background in robotics
  • Proven ability to drive long sales cycle design-ins
  • Established business relationships in the manufacturing or distribution segment
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Experience developing and negotiating complex sales opportunities
  • Passionate, motivated, energetic and team oriented
  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or other technical discipline.
