Financial Analyst/Accountant

LitePoint is seeking a Financial Analyst to support revenue operations and general accounting. We’re looking for someone with good attention to details, a team player, and a creative problem solver with passion for continuous learning.

This position requires someone with good Excel and financial system knowledge.

Basic Qualifications, Education & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or related field preferred with 2 – 5 years working experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to think independently.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint Education Requirements:
• Good Excel knowledge comfortable managing large Excel files. Good attention to detail, methodical, and process focused.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Navision is a plus
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepares journal entries.
• Tracks and processes fixed-asset additions and capitalization, retirement and disposal, adjustments, revaluations, transfers, and maintenance expenses.
• Balance Sheet accounts reconciliation
• Prepaid and expense accrual
• Month-end and quarter-end close activities
• Performs intercompany billings and reconciliations.
• Completes multi states sales and use tax reconciliations and filing.
• Support US SOX audits and external subsidiaries audits.
• Support General Ledger team on other accounting tasks including account reconciliations and ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
