Sales Support Admin ( LitePoint, Philippines: Cebu)

The qualified person will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative and sales related tasks that need to be addressed and/or resolved in a timely and accurate manner.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Onboard new customers / customer changes

- Complete forms and provide input to customer to setup LitePoint as a supplier

- Set up new customers in Salesforce and Navision

- Ensure customer information is accurate and up-to-date in Salesforce and Navision

 

  • Process Orders

- Review and process PO for completeness and accuracy

- Work with customer or alongside account manager to collect missing information to process order

- Resolve orders on hold working alongside Sales, Finance and Operation

- On quote: Review commission to compare to table or specific rules. Verify when booking.

- Support AR: Start with Inside sales and escalate to outside sales if not taken care by the customer.

 

  • Order Fulfillment

- Communicate shipping schedule (re-schedule) and manage logistics arrangements

- Work with Operations to schedule orders according to CRD

- Ensure shipment schedule date beyond CRD are communicated and aligned with customer

- Expedite orders through Ops as needed

- Coordinates logistics for customers

 

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who demonstrates initiative and close attention to detail and who builds and maintains trust and relationship with internal and external customers

 

 

Basic Qualifications, Education and Skills Required:

 

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of working experience with 3+ in customer facing role.
  • Self-starter with cross functional orientation between Sales, Operations, and Finance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Communicates clearly, openly and efficient.
  • Is prepared, organized, proactive and prioritizes well.
  • Proficient Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office applications with an especially high degree of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Salesforce.com as a CRM tool.
