Technical Leaders in SEG will have the opportunity to experience a range of activities, which can vary week to week but include:
- Lead definition of solution design
- Lead discovery of technical requirements
- Identify key technical knowledge required for project development
- Identify gaps in knowledge, techniques, and/or product
- Manage technical risks: identify, monitor and drive their resolution
- Provide input for definition of project differentiation criteria
- Complete technical activity task sizing
- Provide required input for applications hardware development
- Ensure program quality (eg. Conduct peer reviews, enforce coding standards)
- Maintain oversight of all technical tasks: identify issues/gaps and voice for appropriate action/escalation
- Ensure effective communication between team and with customer on technical matters
- Be SEG’s technical champion to customer. Develop trust relationships
- Facilitate shared learning and use of best practices
· Travel to customer sites & OSATs as needed, may be 25% or greater.
Requirements:
- Should possess previous knowledge in UF/UFp and Digital device testing
- ST3 or higher
- Leadership skills: Demonstrated ability to complete technical tasks on-time. Desire to drive execution of technical, global team
- Communication skills: Ability to communicate on technical matters with peers, customer and management (w/ appropriate level of abstraction)
- Project management skills: Demonstrated ability to be organized, strategic, and flexible
