Logistics Analyst

 The Logistic Specialist`s primary duty is to ensure the delivery from Contract Manufacturer to Consignee on multiple metrics, which are on-time, cost-effective, time-saving etc., and transact the system correctly & timely.
 

Work Location: Bukit Minyak Industrial Park
 

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily import and export shipping operations for Malaysia, China and other regions.
• Sales Order (SO) information collection & delivery planning.
• Flight booking & support documents preparation
• System transaction for receiving, SO shipping and support documents collection
• Shipment delivery tracking & problem solving, logistic cost collection & analysis.

Requirements:

•  
• College degree or above, major in supply chain management, business management or related field.
• Three or more years' experience on import/export under manufacturing environment.
• Understanding to international trade rules, Inco terms, duties/tax knowhow
• Good knowledge of Boned / Free Trade Zone regulations and process, logbook, etc.
• Familiar with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) / CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
• Proven knowledge of logistic management, attention to details
• Interpersonal skills and ability to build and improve trusting relationships
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills with international colleagues, suppliers & customers
• Able to converse fluently in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia, as the role requires you to work with suppliers from multiple countries including China.
