Sales Force Developer

LitePoint is looking for a salesforce developer who is an analytical thinker and problem solver driven to lead the organization to high productivity.

 

Scope of Work

  • Work closely with Sales, SalesOps, Marketing, Service and Support teams to support and improve business productivity.
  • Participate key Information Systems projects in order to acquire knowledge of other key applications/platforms. Examples: Robotic Process Automation, SharePoint.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build business processes using standard customizations, Apex, LWC and Visualforce while leveraging the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform
  • Modify existing development and customizations to improve and align them to evolving business needs
  • Apply best practices and design patterns to custom applications developed on Salesforce.
  • Develop & support ETL processes to integrate salesforce.com with other systems; maintain and support systems for stability by exception handling.
  • Participate in various application design and improvement, data analytics and automation projects
  • Provide primary salesforce user support to all levels in the organization with analysis, issue resolution, and recommendation
  • Build and modify various Sales, KPI and Service reports and dashboards for all levels
  • Assist in the training of new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization
  • Detail oriented data custodian to think risk and impact, follow plan-do-check-act change management model
  • Support ERP and SharePoint administrators; engage in on- the- job learning in order to act as backup
  • Document and maintain process steps with screen shot as end user procedure
  • Assume project coordinator role to take meeting minutes and track action items
  • Open to learn new application and technologies to develop and support business requirements

Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required 

  • 3- 5 years of experience in Salesforce development with Computer Science or Information Technology background
  • Significant experience with strong understanding of the salesforce platform (Classic and Lightning), security settings, Rest and SOAP API, object relationships, automation process, profiles and roles, validation rules and page layouts
  • Fluent in creating Lightning component, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and working with JavaScript
  • Strong data analytical skills and working experience of data loader or equivalent tool
  • Working experience of Communities, Salesforce CPQ and ServiceMax are preferred
  • Knowledge in ETL tools like Informatica Cloud, Boomi a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple data analysis requests of varying size/scope with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to capture and document business and reporting requirements from multiple sources
  • Critical thinker and detailed oriented problem solver, able to draw conclusion and offer solutions
  • Experience with software design life cycle and project management methodology
  • Experience working with global team
  • Salesforce.com Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications are preferred

A plus: Informatica Cloud, UiPath, Tableau, Dynamics NAV, SharePoint, Office 365, MS SQL
