RF Field Applications Engineering Intern - fall 2023 or spring 2024

The Field Applications Team is responsible for solution/feature validation, implementation, and verification. We are looking for an RF Field Applications Engineering Intern to support internal validation and verification based on new features and requests. The internship is full-time for either fall 2023 or spring 2024. The intern should be local to the Litepoint headquarters in San Jose, CA and able to be on-site.

Responsibilities: 

In this role, you will: 

• Setup and Validate Litepoint IQfact+ solution on customer devices 
• Coding/Scripting under the guidance of the mentor. 
• Run regression tests on QA stations and evaluate test result 
• Duplicate and debug failure issues in software and hardware. 
• You will gain technical expertise in wireless communications/RF, measurements and testing equipment and enhance your software development skills.   

Requirements:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science 
• Basic knowledge of wireless communications and RF 
• Familiarity with C/C++ programming 
• Excellent communication skills and strong problem solving abilities
