Sales Operations Analyst/Global Loaner Administrator

The Sales Operations Analyst/Global Loaner Administrator position is open for remote work or on site at our San Jose, CA location.



  • Lead global loaner pool administration working alongside loaner pool administrators around the world 
  • Manage customer loaner requests and perform transactions in Salesforce to ensure loaner database is up to date and accurate
  • Prioritize loaner availability and set loaner fulfillment commitment date
  • Cross functional coordination between Sales, Sales Operations, Applications, Operations and Finance
  • Forecast loaner pool demand working with Sales
  • Initiate and Execute Loaner Agreements including contract renewals
  • Manage past due loaners with Sales and Customers
  • Safeguard loaners by ensuring database accuracy and supporting physical inventory count
  • Support Sales Operations team in other tasks as needed



Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Education:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5+ years of working experience with 3+ in customer facing role
  • Self-starter with cross functional orientation between Sales, Operations, and Finance
  • Material management experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • Mandarin speaking would be a plus
