Sales Operations Analyst/Salesforce Super User

LitePoint is seeking a Salesforce Super User with strong Salesforce experience. Strong system and Excel knowledge is a must. The Super User will drive the Salesforce reporting and Salesforce business processes. We are looking for someone that works well cross functions and is a creative problem solver with passion for continuous process improvement to join our team. This is a high impact, high visibility position, collaborating across the organization to continuously improve Salesforce and business processes together with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance and IT.

Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Super User
    1. Review and improve continuously Salesforce processes
    2. Create meaningful reports and dashboards that supports the worldwide Sales organization
    3. Close cooperation with Sales, Finance and IT to support business goals
    4. Conduct user training and provide process documentation
    5. Data analytics analyses
  • As member of the Sales Operations team support team support teams goals and objectives and supports in different areas where needed
  • Prepare Reporting packages: Revenue, Margins, Bookings, Backlog by product type, revenue type, customer segment, brand, and end market

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Detailed Salesforce knowledge and skills with 5 plus years as Super User
  • Expert Excel knowledge, comfortable managing large files, preferably understands Power Query and Macros
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Project management skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member with excellent interpersonal skills
