Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

Develop sales strategy and plans to achieve company sales target and profit budgets.

Expand new customers and maintain existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

Serve as primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns and needs effectively.

Coordinate internal resources, including technical support, service, etc., to meet customer needs.

Provide regular sales reports and forecast, analyze sales data and make improvement recommendations.

Collaborates with other regions on global business and account strategies

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in EE, wireless communication or related field is preferred.

5+years of sales/account manager experience in the instrument industry, knowledge of wireless communication (cellular/WiFi/UWB/…) RF measurement is needed.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of effective communication with clients at different levels

Excellent presentation, written, and verbal skills in both Mandarin and English

Proficient in English language skills, able to communicate fluently with international clients.

Team player with leadership skills, able to motivate the team to achieve common goals.

Ability to self-manage his/her time

Frequently travel
