  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Key accounts management. Develop strong, personal, trusting customer relationships with key decision makers and influencers in customers.
  • Lead strategy & cooperate with channel partners to drive business win
  • Develops healthy & accurate opportunity funnel in SF with timely updates
  • Builds and maintains trust with customer, Apps team and HQ. Also Works well with others and helps peers and team-mates succeed.  Partner closely with Apps team to define clear value proposition and differentiation strategy based on real customer business needs


Requirements and skills

  • BS/MS degree in EE
  • Strong track record of sales experience and exceed quota ( 10+ years)
  • Managing sales team experience in high scaling company will be plus
  • Targets and build differentiating customer relationships at all levels with multiple advocates at each customer that result in revenue
  • Demonstrates knowledge of customer’s business (TAM/SAM), markets, business needs and challenges and need to develop good product knowledge/technology
  • Strong passion to win through value selling. Develop right sales strategy and lead team to win business.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close business
  • Writes effective business proposals
  • Communicates clearly, openly and efficiently
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager , consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Sales experience >=5 years
  • Is prepared, organized, proactive and prioritizes well
  • With RF (WIFI/BT/5G/UWB) fundamental knowledge
