Field Service Technician(1 year temp)

Responsibilities

負責客戶服務支持。 一般職責包括但不限於以下內容：

- 執行日常服務工作，包括維修/校準/升級和預防性維護。
- 在服務實驗室環境中測試站、測試夾具和測試應用程式進行校準和維護,故障排除。
- 確保資料庫中的服務資料完整性、系統上的服務資料/RMA/出貨/合約日期準確。
- 具有組裝、拆卸和調試的能力。
- 支援管理團隊提出的臨時請求（如果有）。


LitePoint is seeking a motivated individual to join our services team as a assistance of service in the Engineering Laboratory.

- Perform routine service work including repairs/calibrations/upgrades and preventive maintenance. Calibration and maintenance of test stations and test equipment.
- Ensure the integrity of service data in the database and the accuracy of service materials/RMA/shipping/contract dates on the system.
- Troubleshoot test stations, test fixtures, and test applications in a service lab environment.
- Mechanical ability to assemble, disassemble and debug minor mechanical problems.
- Ad hoc requests from the support management team (if any-)

Basic Qualifications & Skills

1. 資工系或電機系或其他工程相關科系為佳

2. 具備基礎RF知識尤佳

1. Bachelor’s degree major in CS, EE or related discipline

2. Basic RF knowledge
