Opportunity Overview
LitePoint is seeking a motivated individual to join our services team as an Intern of service in the Engineering Laboratory.

• Process orders in the booking system and support the end-to-end order-to-invoice process.

• Generate and assign RMA (Return Material Authorization) numbers for customer equipment returns.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all service transactions.

• Liaise with local courier and express companies to arrange pickups, deliveries, and shipment tracking.

• Perform parts inventory checks to support service activities.

• Prepare service reports and documentation as required.

• Support service engineers in coordinating and performing calibration and repair services.

• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Service team.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field.

• Strong interest in service operations, order processing, and customer support activities.

• Good communication and coordination skills; able to work well with internal teams and external partners.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; RF experience or knowledge will be a plus.

• Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Available to commit at least 3 working days per week 

• 1 year Intern period
