You’ll work with robots on wheels – it’s way too cool

The main area of responsibility of the Partner Development Director, EMEA is channel partner management, primarily Distributors and Integrators. The prime responsibility is to drive a strong channel network to support very ambitious growth plans. This role covers strategic market planning, driving channel program and development and implementation of partner management tools. You will be a part of the sales management team and reports to the VP of Sales, EMEA.

As our new Global Partner Development Director, EMEA, we expect you to have solid experience in developing an international partner network, preferably within technology-influenced products. You have proven experience in EMEA with channel development. International experience is a strong plus, and if you live in Barcelona, it can be an advantage for you. You shall expect 60 days of travelling per year.

Your key responsibilities are:      

  • Analyze current and future partner development needs at the regional level and strategically map out a plan to execute in support of long-term EMEA growth targets.
  • Collaborate and support regional and territory sales as well as the global sales organization to manage and execute the partner development plans.
  • Develop and implement partner selection tools to ensure effective selection and optimization of the network.
  • Develop and implement partner development tools and processes to ensure effective onboarding, management, and collaboration.
  • Develop KPIs to support plans and goals globally and regionally (in close collaboration with regional and territory sales).
  • Support Sales Directors, Area Sales Managers, and the Strategic Account Team.
  • Partner selection and training, contract negotiation, and other ad hoc needs.
