MiR, part of Teradyne Robotics, is a regional leader in autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), helping customers automate internal logistics and drive efficiency. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a System Integrators (GSI) Manager to lead partner development across the EMEA region.
About the Role
In this key position, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and scaling high-potential System Integrators (GSIs) who can implement MiR solutions at global scale — especially within large multinational accounts. You will act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with MiR’s regional strategy.
You will report to the Head of Sales – Solution Partners EMEA, with a matrixed connection to the broader MiR Sales Team and functional collaboration with the regional Solution Partner Managers group.
What You Will Do
• Define and execute the regional strategy for GSI development in close collaboration with Regional Sales Leaders
• Manage and grow strategic GSI accounts across EMEA
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and ramp up new GSI partners in key markets
• Serve as the primary liaison between GSIs and MiR internal teams, including R&D, Product, Marketing, and Customer Support
• Lead forecasting and reporting of GSI performance and pipeline using Salesforce
• Own and manage the GSI account budget
• Coordinate issue resolution through structured escalation management
• Ensure disciplined task and pipeline management for strong execution
Who You Are
You are a strategic, structured, and collaborative professional with a proven track record in developing partner ecosystems. You are self-driven, data-oriented, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, international environment.
• Experience managing key accounts or strategic partners, ideally within automation or robotics
• Proven ability to translate strategy into executable plans across different countries and cultures
• Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM best practices for pipeline and data management
• A strong background in consultative selling of complex technical solutions
• Cross-functional collaboration skills in matrixed regional organizations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across various levels and regions
