You’ll work with robots on wheels – it’s way too cool

You’ll dive deep into your field of expertise, and really make it work

In this role, you will secure growth in key markets and buildup of new markets. You will have a close cooperation with existing and new distributors and ensure prober tech knowledge level at distributor and facilitate tech training if needed. The job includes a huge degree of freedom to plan own activities in order to achieve defined KPI’s.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Budget achievement
  • Execution of KPI’s
  • Design & execution of business plans
  • Market expansion in selected markets
  • Participate distributor & end-customer meetings
  • Evaluate sales & tech competences at distributors
  • Contract negotiations and daily communication with distributors
  • Approx. 100 days yearly international travel activity for distributor meetings and MiR HQ visits
  • Pipeline Management (Salesforce)
  • Facilitate sales training of distributors
  • Liaison between distributors and Tech support
  • Visit to end customers
  • Marketing activities (exhibitions, seminars, networking etc)


The position could be located in Poland or Czech Republic, and you will report to SD CEE. You will be working/travelling out of own home office within the region administrating the daily tasks.


You’ve got what it takes to fit in at the frontier of robotics

At MiR, we come in all shapes and sizes, and we cheer each other on. However, we do expect that you’ll bring the following:

  • Experience with industrial automation from previous ASM or SD role at manufacturer or system integrator preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience with distributor management and experience with previous relevant work in CEE countries is expected.
  • Confident handling highly complex technical products and export sales
  • Relevant business and/or technical educational background
  • Experience with project-selling with multiple stakeholders
  • CRM experience
  • A great communicator and presenting skills
  • Possess a hunter mentality, are proactive and self-motivated
  • Fluency in one or more CEE languages
  • Ability to navigate in different cultural (CEE) as well as organizational levels
  • Structure & discipline to administrate home office responsibilities
  • Show fluency in English, orally and in writing
