You’ll dive deep into your field of expertise, and really make it work


This is a key role for both daily service sales, and taking part in strategic development. In this role, you will assist both Service Sales and register data in the Case Management System. You will be responsible for assisting with quotes on specific service demands on noncomplex solutions and ensure that these can be registered correctly for later deliveries. After successful sales, you will be responsible for the correct registration of installed base data. 

This is an onsite position, where you will join the Sales Support team in our HQ in Odense. You will have the possibility to work from home one or two days a week. 

 

More specifically, you will:


•    Assist in creating procedures for administrative processes in CMS
•    Register and maintain installed base data, and service agreements 
•    Receive, confirm, and invoice service orders
•    Assist our Service Sales Director with quoting service agreements 
•    Be responsible for the coordination of our rental robot fleet
•    Work closely together with our Global Sales Support team on supporting our customers

 

You’ve got what it takes to fit in at the frontier of robotics

•    Experience with After Sales and Service Sales
•    Experience with IT tools supporting service such as AX and Salesforce 
•    Fluency in English, orally and in writing


As a person, you work in a structured manner and are capable of navigating in a constantly changing environment. This role requires that you are robust and able to tackle difficult conversations, as many issues enter the organization through the Service Sales channels.
