You will be part of the community of HR Partners and focus on driving business relevant HR actions. As HR Partner, you will be a trusted and valued advisor to leaders and employees in the region supporting the year-cycle processes, organizational effectiveness, and general tactical and operational support to the business.

As HR Partner, you are passionate about people and culture and have a key focus on supporting the growth and development of our businesses and organizations. In this role you’ll be part of a Global HR organization and report to our EMEA HR Service & Partner manager. You will join a committed EMEA HR team responsible for setting and implementing the People priorities and plans for your population within MiR, and work with relevant HR peers around the world.


  • Organizational effectiveness and supporting changes, in close collaboration with the businesses strategic HR Business partner
  • Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition to clarify hiring requirements and participate in final interview stage
  • Support onboarding and introduction of new employees and leaders within EMEA
  • Participate in, support and drive initiatives related to engagement, learning and training
  • Support and guide managers in complex employee relation matters, including relocations with our external partner
  • Act as advisor and coach leaders to best practices and decision making, securing good governance, compliance and respect of people
  • Support managers and help drive the year cycle activities across setting expectations, performance management process, people review processes and the salary review process

In this position you will work cross-organizationally and be part of a shared-service where we as a team leverage skills and experiences across the different HR disciplines.


Our new HR Partner communicate clearly and can engage at all levels and functions in the organization. We need a profile who with the understanding of the business needs can prioritize and act without direct guidance. Further, you come with:

  • Relevant MsC or equivalent within HR, business administration or similar
  • As an HR Generalist you will bring us 5-7 years of proven experience as HR Partner from an international engineering and commercially driven company with experience supporting the European countries
  • Sound business understanding from several years of working in the private sector
  • High awareness and experience working with and advising on employee relation cases including working with employment law experts.
  • Communicate fluently in English and Danish – verbally as well as in writing

As a person you are analytical and structured in your way of working and have an excellent ability to prioritize, enabling you to make a difference to the organization at a tactical level while also performing on the operational level. You communicate with impact, have a positive energy, and you excel when it comes to collaborating with colleagues across cultures, organizational levels, and functions. You earn respect for your competences, your integrity, and your understanding of the business needs, making you a trusted sounding board for the management team regarding people, team, and organizational development.
