We are looking for a Master Planner to join our Supply Chain team, who will be an instrumental part of our new Sales and Operations Planning Process (S&OP) and ensure our planning processes are best in class and scalable for future growth. As our Master Planner, you will ensure that short-term and long-term production plans are aligned with demand plans, to ensure best-in-class delivery to our customers. Furthermore, you will be one of the main drivers in developing and building demand and supply planning processes for our S&OP Process.
This is a newly established position, which means you will also take part in developing the role to ensure the S&OP Process is progressing according to our roadmap. 
This is an onsite role, located at our HQ in Odense.

 

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:


•    Develop and implement new processes for Demand and Supply Planning in our S&OP Process.
•    Ensure that our operational production planning process is integrated into shop floor plans and long-term capacity planning.
•    Lead demand planning processes with our commercial team and ensure an aligned understanding of sales forecasts across the business.
•    Ensure new product launches and discontinued products are well planned to ensure timely delivery of products to customers and avoid excess stock of phase-out products.
•    Facilitate demand and supply reviews. 
•    Ensure timely follow-up on Finished goods and Spare part inventories according to stock KPIs and policies.
•    Provide overview and scenario planning for supply constraints to risk mitigate.

 

You’ve got what it takes to fit in at the frontier of robotics

•    Minimum 3 years’ experience from similar role
•    Relevant educational background with at least BS.c. such as production engineer or cand.merc
•    Experience in driving Sales and Operations Planning Processes 
•    Good ERP understanding, preferable Ax
•    Superuser in MS Excel and PowerPoint
•    PowerBI skills are a plus.
•    Fluency in Danish and English, both oral and in writing 

 

As a person you have sharp change management skills and are able to develop and improve planning processes. You are structured, and fact-based with an eye for detail. You are open-minded and can create relationships and collaborate across departments.
