You’ll dive deep into your field of expertise, and really make it work


As a Quality Release Manager at MiR, you will act as a link between the sustainable HW & SW development team, the project manager, and the customer. Your main task is to ensure the best possible quality to our customers’ solutions.
You are one of the most important participants of the team, as you have an overview of all corners of the delivery, both from a technical and business perspective. Your touchpoints with the project manager and customer are also crucial for your and the project's success.
We are looking for someone who enjoys reviewing and assessing the technical parts of a system as well HW and SW to ensure quality all around. Test automation is not expected to be part of the role initially, but feedback and lesson learned back to Software and the reliability teat team is part of continuous quality improvement. 

 

Your tasks and responsibilities will be: 


•    Quality releases and sign off on sustainable engineer change, software releases and NPI projects
•    Involve stakeholders and review documentation and checklist for Quality releases
•    Ensuring transparency in prioritizations with relevant internal stakeholders such as supply chain
•    Defining acceptance criteria within HW & SW, together with our product management team
•    Support planning and designing agile test plans
•    Review and optimization of test documentation on projects, processes, and methods 
•    Reporting on tasks and deadlines
•    Secure all verification and validation test have been performed before quality release
•    Develop a template and quality checklist for Quality releases
•    FMEA facilitator for R&D and PTA cross functional teams

•    A strong quality mindset and solid analytical skills
•    FMEA experience and working in NPI projects
•    Project Management skills
•    Knowledge about APQP and delivering
•    Test / Quality Assurance knowledge and experience 
•    It is an advantage if you have knowledge of agile development / SCRUM and experience 
•    We need someone who is proficient in English, both orally and in reading. Additionally, it will be a benefit if you can also speak and read Danish, since we have some colleague for whom Danish is the primary language.
