You’ll work with robots on wheels – it’s way too cool

You’ll dive deep into your field of expertise, and really make it work
You have the strategic responsibility of Global Service Sales, and for building the KPI’s to measure success. Occasionally you will participate directly in sales activities. It is your responsibility to secure the anchoring of service internally among sales as well as to global partners to ensure that service becomes an integral consideration in all MiR sales. You will focus on generating a strong and long-term pipeline and coordinate with Service and TechSupport Departments for qualified deliveries of sold products and services.

As Service Sales Director we expect you to ensure that service products are known and a part of the offering when selling robots. You will assist in the launch of new service products in cooperation with the Service and Sales departments, and you will evaluate and create a strategic anchoring of service needs regionally - to support the global service sales set up. You will work closely with both Service department, regional sale, and Global Account sale. We see a potential development in this role for having direct reports within reasonable time. 


Your tasks may look like this: 
•    Break down the KPIs to individual targets
•    Collect customer service demands 
•    Gather data and evaluate on competitors
•    Follow up on the pipeline and secure competencies and capabilities in service sales
•    Monitor and act on actual sales and market trends


You’ve got what it takes to fit in at the frontier of robotics

•    Experience from a global setting within a matrix organisation
•    Experience with service models that run-in subscription models
•    Experience with deliveries through both own and partner technicians

•    Ability to understand basic technical issues, and an understanding of maintenance and repair set-ups
