Service Sales Supporter, Service Team

You’ll dive deep into your field of expertise, and really make it work


This is a key role for both daily service sales, service operations and taking part in strategic development. In this role, you will assist both Service Sales and register data in the Case Management System. You will be responsible for assisting with quotes on specific service demands on noncomplex solutions and ensure that these can be registered correctly for later deliveries. After successful sales, you will be responsible for correct registration of installed base data and SLAs.

 

More specifically, you will:


•    Assist on creating procedures for administrative processes in CMS
•    Assist on forming actual quotes
•    Register and maintain installed base data, service agreements and SLAs
•    Ensure fast assistance on quoting
•    Provide invoice data
•    Interface with external service providers who support service operations


You’ve got what it takes to fit in at the frontier of robotics

•    Experience from technical After Sales and Service Sales
•    Experience with IT-tools supporting service
•    Ability to understand basic technical issues
•    Fluency in English, orally and in writing


As a person you work in a structured manner and are capable of navigating in a constantly changing environment. This role requires that you are robust and able to tackle difficult conversations, as many issues enter the organization through the Service Sales channels.
