You’ll work with robots on wheels – it’s way too cool

You’ll dive deep into your field of expertise, and really make it work

 

Becoming our new Technical Supporter responsible for UK & Ireland, you will be working with cutting edge technology daily and become a part of our great technical support team. 
Your daily work will be focused on your region, but you will be part of a technical support team covering other markets and global support, though covering both level 1 and 2 support. You will work primarily from our headquarters in Odense but have approx. 80 days of travel activity per year.

 

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:


•    Troubleshooting activities onsite at customer premises
•    Daily level 1 support of our distributors and integrators for trouble shooting both on hardware and software related issues
•    Document findings from the field
•    Support the technical communication team located in the headquarters in Odense
•    Conduct training activities 
•    Actively participate in cross project and knowledge transfer initiatives across functional teams 
•    Monitor support issues and maintain entries in our case management system, so that product issues are actively managed and tested as they are resolved
•    Collaborate with R&D on the creation of test plans, testing of products, problem analysis/trouble shooting based on customer feedback
 

You’ve got what it takes to fit in at the frontier of robotics

•    You have an engineering degree, and it would be beneficial if you have work experience in robotics and/or industrial automation or similar
•    The ideal candidate has knowledge of PLC control, programming, and understands "computer/networking" and/or WIFI 
•    You have a good understanding of software and firmware 
•    Due to the market, you will cover, it is essential that you both speak and write English on a professional level
