Our busy Technical Training team is going to need a maternity cover!

The Technical Training team are responsible for the development and roll-out of our online and in-person customer training.

High level of team spirit and responsibility

 

As our training specialist you will be part of TechComm, a diverse team of technical content creators, responsible for technical training and documentation. Your two closest collaborators will be our Instructional Designer and Experience Designer

You will contribute to the continued development and maintenance of our training programs and be responsible for supporting our global network of technical trainers.

In your role as training specialist, your core tasks will be to monitor and act on feedback from in-person training sessions, refine our training case study, create assessments, and improve our trainer onboarding process.

You will need to get hands on with the robots, but you are surrounded by subject matter experts who love to share their insights with you.

  • Experience from a similar position.
  • Technical fearlessness.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • A desire to work across teams and time zones.

 

 

If you also possess one or more of the below skills, you will have a head start:

 

  • Familiarity with Madcap Flare or similar single-sourcing authoring tools.
  • Experience facilitating in-person training sessions.
  • A technical background, for example in robotics or programming.
