You’ll dive deep into your field of expertise, and really make it work


Becoming our new Technical Supporter responsible for DACH & Benelux, you are offered an exciting and responsible position with great opportunities to create your own stamp. You will be working with cutting edge technology daily and become a part of our great technical support team. You will report to the Technical Support Manager, DACH & Benelux.  


Your daily work will be focused on covering level 1 support for the region and will be part of a technical support team currently consisting of 7 colleagues in the region and 39 colleagues worldwide. The regional office is in Frankfurt, but you will have a home office and approx. 50 days of travel activity to visit customers and partners. You will be on site for events, such as technical trainings, team meetings and more. 


Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
•    Troubleshooting activities onsite at customer premises
•    Daily level 1 support of our distributors and integrators for trouble shooting both on hardware and software related issues
•    Document findings from the field
•    Support the technical communication team located in the headquarters in Odense
•    Conduct training activities 
•    Actively participate in cross project and knowledge transfer initiatives across functional teams 
•    Monitor support issues and maintain entries in our case management system, so that product issues are actively managed and tested as they are resolved
•    Collaborate with R&D on the creation of test plans, testing of products, problem analysis/trouble shooting based on customer feedback

You’ve got what it takes to fit in at the frontier of robotics


At MiR, we come in all shapes and sizes, and we cheer each other on. However, we do expect that you’ll bring the following:

•    You have an engineering degree or a relevant technical degree, and it would be beneficial if you have work experience in robotics and/or industrial automation or similar
•    The ideal candidate has knowledge of PLC control, programming, and understands "computer/networking" and/or WIFI 
•    You have a good understanding of software and firmware 
•    It is essential that you are fluent in German and have a good understanding of English 


You work independently, are full of initiatives and have a great drive. Your work is based on sense of responsibility and proactiveness. You solve your tasks with enthusiasm and are organized.
