Opportunity Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Material Handling Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shipping and receiving, as well as hands-on experience with various tools and equipment.

• Supervise 1 team member and ensure efficient workflow

• Utilize Oracle to manage shipping of sales orders and receiving of purchase orders

• Operate forklifts to move heavy equipment from trucks and around the facility

• Maintain and place orders for shipping supplies

• Organize and maintain the shipping area, ensuring safety practices are observed and enforced

• Collaborate with and assist other departments as needed.

• Experience with using Oracle to ship sales orders and receive P.Os, etc.

• Perform hands-on tasks such as crating systems and using tools like hammers, drills, and screwdrivers to build crates

• Handle shipping tasks with carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, TLT, and manage both national and international shipments

• Forklift Experience to pull heavy equipment from Trucks as well as around the facility

• Hands on crating systems and using hand tools such as hammers, drills, screwdrivers to build crates, etc.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is $55,500 - $88,900. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.  

Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
