Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a Thermal Mechanical Engineer to support the development of advanced thermal management solutions for next-generation Semiconductor Testers. This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in thermal analysis and mechanical design, who is motivated to grow their expertise and contribute to innovative, cross-functional engineering projects.
Role Responsibilities:
- Guide the design and optimization of thermal systems and components to ensure efficient heat dissipation and temperature control.
- Develop thermal models and simulations to predict performance and guide design decisions.
- Collaborate with electrical, hardware, and manufacturing teams to integrate thermal solutions into complex platform architectures.
- Build and test prototypes to validate thermal performance under real-world operating conditions.
- Support root cause analysis and troubleshooting of thermal issues during product development and post-launch.
- Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to source and qualify advanced thermal materials and technologies.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of mechanical engineering experience (or equivalent education)
- Mechanical engineering experience (primary experience)
- SOLIDWORKS experience (required)
- SOLIDWORKS PDM experience (preferred)
- Solid foundation in mechanical and thermal design principles
- Clear communication and documentation skills
- Teamwork and time management abilities
- Curious mindset and proactive attitude
- Collaborative spirit and motivation to learn
We are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $79,800 - $127,600. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
