Opportunity Overview
Teradyne Finance division is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our Accounts Payable team to support our organization with high volume A/P processes.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily processing of invoices to include the resolution of invoice matching holds. In performing this task interacts and communicates through e-mail and phone with purchasing agents and suppliers.
This Accounting Clerk position will be supporting US Accounts Payable and other functional groups (i.e.: Legal, Facilities, Operations, Engineering, etc.) by performing the following tasks:
- Creates and produces reports and spread sheets.
- Manages specialized research related to payments and responding to questions on behalf of the Accounts Payable department
- Oversees vendor accounts’ reconciliation.
- Actively participates in department and interdivisional projects.
- Ensures companywide compliance of all Accounts Payable policies and controls.

Minimum Qualifications
- College degree in Business Administration, Accounting, related field or equivalent required experience.
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- 3 years of experience in:
- Accounts payable roles, including vendors set up.
- Invoice imaging, and workflow approval.
- Processing large volumes of data accurately and within deadlines.
- Advance knowledge of Excel.
Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
- Knowledge of Oracle, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience working in manufacturing and technology companies.
