Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Analyst to join our Cost Management team and support our Indirect category sourcing team. This role is critical to supporting daily operations related to Price Purchase Variance (PPV) and other cost related reviews and approvals, and administration of the US based corporate credit card program.
In this role, you will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders (Finance, IT, Operations etc.) to gather and synthesize data, resolve problems and facilitate improvements to existing processes/controls.
- PPV and Excess Inventory Review: Review and validate requests for accuracy and compliance; collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve discrepancies; ensure timely processing to minimize production impact
- Indirect Spend & Credit Card Program: Provide administration for program; reconcile monthly transaction reports; develop and maintain process documentation and policies
- Reporting & Reconciliation: Maintain accurate reports; consolidate data from multiple sources; ensure integrity and consistency of reported data
- Process Ownership & Growth: Take initiative in managing processes and driving continuous improvement; identify and propose optimization or automation; expand responsibilities for advancing within Cost Management team

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; equivalent experience is acceptable
- 4+ years of experience in manufacturing operations environment supporting data analysis or accounting-related duties (cost review, financial analysis or budget management), with additional understanding of issues and processes related to production workflows and supply chain dynamics
- Certifications in process improvement (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, Agile) are a plus
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel (filters, pivot tables, basic formulas); knowledge of Power Query, macros, or automation tools is a plus
- Ability to interact with larger user base and explain data and insights to non-technical audiences and communicate effectively across all levels
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness and ability to travel to the USA occasionally, for meetings and training
