Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst experienced with working with business data and performance metrics. The ideal candidate will be proactive, focused on continuous improvement, and committed to enhancing efficiency and cost performance across the organization.
- Coordinate data initiatives to identify trends, performance opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
 - Prepare clear and accurate reports, dashboards, and models to support well-informed business actions.
 - Collaborate with multiple teams to understand needs and transform them into practical, data-based insights.
 - Develop business cases and financial summaries that support operational objectives.
 - Support ongoing improvement projects through evidence-based recommendations.
 - Work with finance, operations, and IT to ensure consistent and reliable data use across systems.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
 - 7+ years of professional experience using business data and metrics to improve outcomes.
 - Proven record of driving improvements in efficiency and performance.
 - Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
 - Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
 - Focused on achieving measurable results and improving cost effectiveness.
 - Skilled in Excel and familiar with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau; experience with SQL is an advantage.
