Opportunity Overview

The Senior Production Buyer is responsible for ensuring the material pipeline for production items being forecasted and developed by Operations and Engineering through analysis of Material Bills and MRP.

The buyer’s role will include the following responsibilities:

• Executing against weekly MRP and working closely with Operations and Engineering Teams to requisition material
• Execute expense and inventory purchase orders, resolve critical material shortages, track product costs, as well as develop and monitor risk management plans.
• Ability to succeed in a highly volatile environment requires attention to detail while maintaining a broader scope vision to implement change.

Minimum job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial engineering, related field of studies OR equivalent experience in the field.
• English Proficiency.
• 4 years of experience in:

• MRP/buying experience
• Excel spreadsheets and analytical skills
• PCBA (printed circuit board assembly)

Preferred job requirements:

• Oracle
• CPM qualification
• Skills with presentation software and database tools
