Opportunity Overview
What you’ll do as a Demand Analyst:

• Drive demand plans by analyzing forecast data, optimizing inventory, and aligning with Marketing & Sales Ops on key assumptions
• Present demand strategies to the senior leadership
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to assess the impact of market trends and emerging technologies on product demand.
• Support core demand planning activities, including quarterly Instrument Strategy Review, excess & obsolescence analyses, inventory forecasting, and more.
• Develop and leverage a deep understanding of the product you own to influence key strategic decisions

Minimum job requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Data Analytics, or a related field

4 years of experience in:

• Data analysis and the ability to independently interpret complex data
• Planning and supply chain concepts and activities
• MS Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred job requirements: 

• ERP and SCM systems (Oracle and Rapid Response preferred)

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
