Opportunity Overview
The Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temp) will support the Americas Talent Acquisition team with the day-to-day activities that enable end-to-end hiring, including interview scheduling, onboarding logistics, candidate coordination, and reporting. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, highly organized, and bring strong interpersonal skills to support candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams throughout the recruiting process.
This role supports the administrative activities that surround the hiring process, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and TA Leadership. The coordinator will help maintain and improve current ways of working to optimize recruiter efficiency and strengthen the team’s operating rhythm. Attention to detail, proactive communication, and strong interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- Manage daily interview scheduling using Outlook or similar meeting tools.
- Coordinate candidate travel and process related expense requests.
- Drive administrative responsibilities to completion through established operating procedures or newly created process improvements.
- Assist with monitoring process and reporting compliance to support adherence to hiring policies and consistent hiring practices.
- Proactively communicate recruiting status updates to candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across the Talent Acquisition function by recommending and supporting solutions that reduce costs, improve efficiency, enhance quality and service, and strengthen technology and process adoption.
- Perform additional duties, including reporting and project-related work, as assigned.
- Serve as a flexible utility player supporting event management and materials coordination for University, Company, Affiliation, and DEI partnerships.

- 4+ years of experience in an administrative capacity supporting working teams.
- 2+ years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator or Talent Acquisition Operations role.
- English Proficient.
- Experience scheduling and managing multiple calendars.
- Experience in process management or process flow is a plus.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Copilot.
- Multi-region experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and learn processes and systems quickly.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to take initiative.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and delivering within tight turnaround times.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
