Opportunity Overview

Come and join Teradyne’s IT Infrastructure as an IT Network Administrator. We work to manage and maintain the organization networks secure and up and running, while providing business solutions. We are a partner of Teradyne’s success!

 

Basic Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deploying and overseeing functional networks such as LAN, WLAN, WAN.
  • Maintain and support SD WAN network infrastructure, Network security solutions.
  • Designing and implementing business solutions using common network equipment. 
  • Monitoring network performance, security, and integrity.
  • Identifying and resolving issues by troubleshooting local and cloud infrastructure.
  • Communicating with the network users as needed.
  • Co-ordination of service providers and vendors to resolve any service delivery issues.
  • Ensuring the cloud network is responsive to business demands.
  • Cross train peers in network administration & fault resolution skills

Minimum job requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Computers or equivalent. 
  • 5+ years of experience in Network Administration in a large global distributed environment.
  • CCNA certification.
  • Highly capable of installing, configuring, administering, and troubleshooting all Cisco Routers/switches/wireless.
  • Knowledge of supporting and administering Network Access Control.
  • Knowledge of supporting SD WAN technologies.
  • Knowledge of supporting Cisco ACI datacenter solution.
  • Full understanding of LAN and WAN technologies, including Ethernet, VLAN and Routing.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, access, network and performance issues, root cause analysis in a complex global distributed hardware/software environment.
  • Advance English level

 

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • CCNP, HPE/Aruba, network security and Associate level cloud network certifications.
  • Highly capable of installing, configuring, administering, and troubleshooting all HPE/Aruba Switches, Aruba Wireless.
