Opportunity Overview
The Laboratory Calibration Technician (LCT) plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test and measurement equipment used across the organization. This position directly supports operational readiness, compliance with calibration standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform calibration activities following documented procedures and safety standards.
- Segregate and hold non-conforming equipment for review and disposition by the Calibration Engineer.
- Prepare and maintain all necessary calibration reports before and after activities.
- Provide feedback to Calibration Engineers regarding calibration issues and observations.
- Collaborate with Calibration Engineers to improve calibration processes.
- Identify and report deviations from management systems or procedures.
- Initiate actions to prevent or minimize deviations.
- Support initiatives to improve calibration accuracy, consistency, and equipment reliability.

Minimum Requirements
- Graduate of Repair Electronics Technology, Industrial Electronics, or equivalent technical program.
- This position requires Visa to travel to US and Asia
- 1 year of experience in:

- Electronics board calibration, repair, and troubleshooting.
- Calibration processes and standards.
- Calibration software tool.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in metrology and measurement science.
- Experience in hardware/software validation and verification for medium and high‑end testers.
- Goal‑oriented, assertive, and proactive work approach.
