Opportunity Overview

Teradyne’s Product Support Engineering team is looking for a highly motivated and technically driven Engineer to support current and future generations of Teradyne Semiconductor Test Products. This role is part of the Product Support Group, which plays a key role in enabling customer success by ensuring field readiness for new product launches, enhancing product serviceability, and delivering high-quality support, documentation, and training. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide timely solutions in a dynamic and evolving semiconductor test environment. This job opportunity requires to be on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert across new and existing Teradyne semiconductor test platforms.
• Partner with Product Development and NPI teams to influence product design and ensure successful field deployment.
• Develop training materials and deliver technical training to field service engineers worldwide.
• Provide timely, accurate, and high-quality technical support to field organizations addressing customer issues.
• Identify and apply technology-driven improvements to enhance customer support delivery.
• Create and maintain service documentation for field installations, preventive maintenance, and support processes.
• Analyze system trends and recommend opportunities to improve product reliability and serviceability.
• This position will require traveling worldwide

Minimum job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/computer engineering OR related field.
• English Proficiency.
• 3 years of relevant industry experience in:
  • • • Technical areas including Power, Embedded, and Networking.
      • Computer skills and experience with Design for Serviceability and Reliability.
