Opportunity Overview
Join our Team! We are hiring a Production/Material Planner to manage production schedules, material requirements, and inventory strategies.
This role will have the following responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain inventory level requirements in alignment with demand, including recommending adjustments to forecasts and inventory levels based on changes in demand patterns and market trends.
- Define, implement, and maintain procedures and business rules to manage planning exceptions, including but not limited to backorders, custom product orders, and delayed or incomplete deliveries.
- Prepare and deliver inventory control and planning reports to Management, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and decision‑ready content.
- Analyze planning and inventory data, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and make informed decisions regarding ordering, replenishment, and allocation of materials.
- Conduct current and future forecasting analysis, with accountability to measure, monitor, and continuously improve forecast accuracy.
- Create, maintain, and update documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to demand planning and inventory management processes and systems.
- Manage Spare Parts and New Buys budgets, ensuring alignment with business priorities, repair demand, and cost control objectives
- Prepare and present Quarterly Business Review (QBR) materials to Business Management across Local, US, and Asia regions, supporting cross‑regional alignment and decision‑making.
- Attend meetings outside of standard business hours, including night meetings, when required to support global operations and stakeholder coordination.

Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.
- English Proficiency
- 3 years of experience in:
- Supply Chain process Management
- Data and Databases analysis tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, etc)
- Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, etc.)
- Forecasting, replenishment and inventory management
Preferred Job requirements:
- Experience in process improvement initiatives / ISO Compliance
