Opportunity Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Product Owner to join our Center of Excellence (CoE) for Salesforce, focusing on Salesforce in the business area for Teradyne Semiconductor Test section. Salesforce is already widely used in some parts of Teradyne and is still being rolled out in others. As a member of our team, you will be dedicated to developing and enhancing Salesforce to meet our business needs.

You will be the central point of contact for clarifying questions and driving business needs. In this role, you will manage the backlog of features and enhancements, ensure continuous improvements, and lead the development and implementation of the Salesforce platform to deliver value across our global organization.

As the Product Owner in Teradyne Semiconductor Test section, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize the Salesforce product roadmap.
• Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Participate in the global implementation project across Semitest and take ownership of complete solution as part of the implementation
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to gather requirements and deliver solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
• Manage the product backlog, ensuring that user stories are well-defined and prioritized.
• Oversee the rollout of Salesforce in new regions and departments, providing training and support to ensure successful adoption.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of Salesforce solutions, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce best practices and industry trends, incorporating them into our Salesforce strategy.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field OR equivalent job-related experience.
• Advanced English Level
• 5 years of experience in:
  • Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
  • Salesforce Product Owner or similar role.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are a plus.
