Roles and responsibilities

 


•    Understanding complex technical issues and managing them within a fast-paced business environment.
•    Identifying current and emerging technology issues including security trends, vulnerabilities, and threats.
•    Recommendations of sourcing and implementing new security solutions to better protect the organization.
•    Conducting proactive research to examine security weaknesses and recommend appropriate strategies.
•    Organizing, maintaining and updating of security systems and testing the organization’s network and systems for resiliency.
•    Ensure the privacy, integrity, and availability of data throughout the enterprise.
•    Develop, and provide input into technical designs pertaining to enterprise security solutions.
•    Recommend improvements to company's security posture through technological, administrative, or physical controls. Consult, advise and work with project teams regarding security architecture and technical implementation.
•    Reviewing and approving applications for authorization or blocking
 

 


Basic Qualifications and Requirements

 


•    A minimum of seven years of IT experience, with five years in an information security capacity.
•    Proven track record working directly with Local Administrator Access management using tools like LAPS, CyberArk EPM, or equivalent
•    Experience in discovery and risk based investigation of OT/IoT environments and developing remediation or mitigating control planning and execution
•    Thorough understanding of the latest security technologies, frameworks, and protocols.
•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, at both technical and management levels.
•    Experience planning, prioritizing, and organizing work in all required areas.
•    Working knowledge of NIST CSF, STRIDE, CVSS, MITRE ATT&CK and D3FEND frameworks.
 


Desirable

 


•    Recognized security certification(s)
•    CISSP certification
•    Proven experience in the following tools advantageous
o    Cyber Security Asset Management (Axonius)
o    Red Teaming activities (Pentera)
