Opportunity Overview
In this role based in Costa Rica, you will act as the technical expert supporting the Boston MA region on Testinsight software solutions. Testinsight software solutions bridge the gap between design and ATE environment.

 

  • New Product Buyer is responsible for ensuring the material pipeline for new products being developed by engineering through analysis of Bills of Material and MRP
  • Responsibilities include working closely with Engineering and Operations New Product Teams to requisition material, execute expense and inventory purchase orders, resolve critical material shortages, track product cost, as well as develop and monitor risk management plans.
  • Ability to succeed in a highly volatile environment requiring attention to detail while maintaining a broader scope vision to implement change.
  • New Product Buyers must be able to work on cross-functional teams and to communicate with all levels of management. Candidates must be able to work independently. New Product Buyers must be able to find creative ways to resolve problems.

Minimum job requirements:

 

  • BA/BS in Business, Industrial engineering or equivalent or experience in a Supply chain, operations or similar roles.
  • 3 years of experience
  • Office Package and Excel
  • English Proficiency

 

Preferred job requirements:

 

  • CPM Certified (Electromechanical Materials)
  • Oracle
