Opportunity Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Interview Scheduler to support our Americas TA operations and deliver a seamless candidate experience. In this role, you’ll coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers, and act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the scheduling process.

 

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across teams
  • Serve as main point of contact for candidates
  • Partner with TA Partners and hiring managers
  • Manage reschedules and conflicts
  • Maintain data in Scheduling files
  • Send confirmations and follow-ups
  • Ensure interviewer preparedness
  • Contribute to process improvements

  • 2+ years coordination or administrative experience
  • Strong organization and time management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professionalism and candidate-first mindset
  • Comfort in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency with calendar tools and ATS
