Opportunity Overview
- Apply preventative maintenance and calibration activities to ensure optimal performance of system equipment.
- Support production flow by adhering to defined product prioritization strategies.
- Develop and execute visual inspection protocols to identify physical damage or missing components in products.
- Ensure accurate documentation of product data in different databases to support effective repair processes.
- Test and troubleshoot complex multi-layer electronic boards at a component level using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools.
- Identify failure location on the Product (Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, or engineering instructions for applying to electronic units, applying knowledge of electronic theory and components and analyzing results to evaluate performance and determine any need for adjustments, all in an ESD safe environment).
- Perform component-level repairs by adjusting or replacing defective circuitry using soldering tools and precision instruments.
- Support Final Visual Inspection (FVI) by preparing products and executing test processes to validate functional performance.
- Maintain technical proficiency in ESD protocols and being familiar with component types including SMD, through-hole, DIP, and PLCC across assigned test systems.
- Sustain operational coverage during the B shift (Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm) to meet production and quality goals.

Minimum Job Requirements:
- Must have a Technical Degree in Electronics
6 months of experience:
- Computer OS and packages (Windows and Office)
- Electronic & Circuit analysis
- Welding
- Fine motor skills
- Basic to intermediate English Level
