Opportunity Overview

The Test technician is responsible for the first line qualification of the new products that are being delivered to high volume production stages to supply our customers. Main tasks are to drive product software and hardware stabilization, following Lean and PDCA methodologies, daily activities are the screening and debug of high technology Digital/Analog electronic PCBAs, also supporting engineering department with “design for: manufacturability, testability, and reliability” deliverables.

Role responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance and calibration on equipment.
  • Support production priorities and workflow.
  • Inspect products for physical damage or missing components.
  • Maintain accurate repair and product records.
  • Test and troubleshoot electronic boards using diagnostic tools.
  • Read schematics and wiring diagrams to identify failures.
  • Complete component-level repairs using soldering tools.
  • Support final inspection and functional product testing.
  • Sustain operational coverage during the B shift (Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm) to meet production and quality goals.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Must have a Technical Degree in Electronics
  • Basic to intermediate English Level
  • 6 months of experience:
      • Computer OS and packages (Windows and Office)
      • Electronic & Circuit analysis
      • Welding
      • Fine Motor Skills
