Opportunity Overview 

The PLM System Administrator is responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems like Siemens Teamcenter or Opcenter. This role ensures system reliability, supports users, and drives process improvements by optimizing workflows and integrating PLM with other enterprise systems. 

This role is critical for ensuring efficient product lifecycle management and supporting cross-functional teams in achieving business goals. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Administer and maintain PLM systems, ensuring uptime and performance. 

  • Configure workflows, roles, and permissions to meet business needs. 

  • Integrate PLM with CAD, ERP, and other enterprise tools. 

  • Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training. 

  • Implement system upgrades, patches, and process improvements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience with PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter, Opcenter). 

  • Experience in cloud-based PLM solutions is a beneficial asset. 

  • Strong technical skills in system configuration, scripting, and integration. 

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
