Opportunity Overview

We are looking for a seasoned HR professional to independently drive HR initiatives across Thailand, India, and Vietnam. You will partner with business leaders, manage complex employee lifecycle processes, and help shape people strategies in a fast-growing, dynamic environment. This role offers broad regional exposure and opportunities to lead impactful HR projects, with potential to expand responsibilities over time.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to leaders across multiple countries, balancing compliance, business priorities, and employee advocacy.
  • Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
  • Ensure HR policies, processes, and programs comply with local labor laws in Thailand, India, and Vietnam.
  • Partner with payroll and benefits providers to ensure accurate and competitive compensation and benefits practices.
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity (SAP SuccessFactors) and leverage insights to inform workforce planning and decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 8–12 years of progressive HR generalist experience, with regional exposure covering Thailand, India, and/or Vietnam.
  • Prior experience supporting Southeast Asia markets is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR practices across multiple APAC countries.
  • Proficiency in HR systems; SAP SuccessFactors experience is advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Growth-oriented mindset with the capacity to take on broader responsibilities over time.
  • Fluent in English and Thai. Additional SEA language skills are a plus.
