Opportunity Overview
As a temporary- accounting clerk in Finance, employee will be immersed in the day-to-day operations of the Account to Report team, contributing valuable insights into the company's financial processes and procedures. This is an opportunity to apply skills and knowledge in a accounting and finance setting, as well as learn from equally experienced professionals, and contribute to the success of our organization.
Help in various Teradyne Accounting and Finance Shared Service functions in the following areas:
- Financial Data Entry and Analysis:
- Assist in the accurate and timely entry of financial data into our systems.
- Participate in tasks to aid in decision-making, such as balance sheet reconciliations, and other reports as maybe required by internal customers.
- Invoice Processing - Accounts Payable:
- Work as part of the Accounts Payable team, applying experience in invoice and T&E processing, including payments.
- Verify and reconcile invoices with parties like the Buyer / Requestor / Vendors, as needed.
- Assist in Financial Reporting:
- Aid in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Assist in the generation of periodic financial reports for management review.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work with team members to ensure smooth functioning of finance operations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Assist in variance analysis and reporting of revenues and expenses.
- Ad hoc Projects / Work:
- Contribute to special projects as assigned.
- Provide support in various finance-related initiatives such as but not limited to:
- bank errands
- submission of company reportorial requirements
- filing, sorting and archiving of various accounting documents (vendor invoices, employee's claims, etc.)
- assist in conducting physical inspection of spares inventory and fixed assets

- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software.
- Excellent communication and social skills
