Opportunity Overview

Teradyne’s Global Human Resources team plays a pivotal role in shaping a dynamic people strategy that preserves the core values that define Teradyne, while continuously evolving to meet the future demands of our workforce.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition Partner (APAC) based in Cebu, and reporting to the Regional HR Director - APAC. In this role, you will be responsible for and support local HR partners in full cycle recruitment, including planning, intake meetings, sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding for Taiwan and other APAC regions when required.

Work closely with local HR and hiring managers to identify requirements and conduct regular follow-up with managers to identify the efficiency of recruiting efforts.

Perform end-to-end recruitment for requisitions across business units in line with requirements.

Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential candidates and proactive in talent sourcing using different channels and local job boards, such as 104, LinkedIn, internal referrals, and other professional networks.

•Proactively communicate recruiting status and feedback to candidates and hiring teams and facilitate timely decisions.

Monitor candidate acceptance of offers, ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the vital paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.

Conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring process is engaging and processes are followed and accurate.

Ensure the recruitment process is completed in an efficient and professional manner.

Manage recruitment related reports and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition function by providing evaluation and recommendation in terms of reduced costs, improved efficiency, quality and processes.

Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on full cycle recruitment process and other staffing administration functions.

Ensure Company and legal compliance with employment practices, policies and processes.

College graduate of any 4 year course, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Strong communication skills both verbal and written

Must be a team player who demonstrates flexibility and honesty

Able to meet tight deadlines and work long hours when required
